2 cups cauliflower, finely chopped
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sweet white onion, chopped
1.5 tsp olive oil
1 t fresh chopped rosemary
1 t fresh chopped sage
1/2 tsp fresh thyme, leaves only
1/4 tsp sea salt
