Thai Crunch Slaw

Ingredients

1 cup shredded Purple cabbage
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup thinly sliced Green onion
2 tbsp chopped Cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp ginger, minced
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp chili flakes

Directions

  1. Combine cabbage, bean sprouts and onion in a medium mixing bowl. Add chopped cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, ginger, sea salt and chili flakes. Stir well to combine. Serve chilled.
